Client stories
Projects under NDA. We don't disclose client names; the figures and approach are real. During the brief we'll share the details and pick the stories that match your task.
An in-house bank-account service on the bank's API
The bank's apps vanished from the stores, leaving a generic web version. Since the work moved to the browser anyway, we built our own service on the bank's official API: two entities on one screen, a permanent archive instead of one year, payment signing and movements in the CRM.
Sales-rep contribution — voice attribution
The CRM's «responsible» field is a phone, not a person. AI recovered by voice who really opens and closes deals, and a weekly conversion trend turned the report into a team-management tool.
A delivery-data guard module for an online store
The delivery module pulled «fake» pickup points from a public API, and in some cities delivery vanished — orders were lost. An add-on with no edits to the third-party code cuts the junk, guards the data and brought delivery back to 120 cities.
Speeding up a sluggish Bitrix online store
A large Bitrix store was slow: the cart took 6.5–13.5 seconds to open and swap hit 99%. Through a local-override layer with no core edits we made the cart ~34x faster and took the load off the server.
Automated report delivery to partners in Telegram
We rebuilt partner report delivery from a fragile handler into a resilient queue-and-retry pipeline. A Bitrix network failure became a delay, not a loss: the system carries up to 5,895 deliveries a week.
AI bank-payment reconciliation for a hosting provider
A daemon catches the bank's incoming-payment emails and AI matches each payment to a Bitrix24 smart invoice, moving it to «Paid». Manual reconciliation is gone; ambiguous cases go to a human.
AI shopping advisor in an on-site chat
An on-site AI assistant holds a natural conversation, gathers the room parameters and recommends real products from the live catalog — with prices right in the chat. The output is a qualified Bitrix24 deal.
AI task tracker in Telegram via the Business API
A bot on the Telegram Business API watches client chats while AI spots tasks in the message stream and sorts them by project. Time tracking, monthly summaries and a ready-made brief for handoff to development.
End-to-end attribution restored after the fact
We restored the real channel for deals where UTM tags were lost. Attribution is assembled as a cascade across 8 sources — the last, unexpected layers: AI listens to sales calls (clients say themselves where they came from) and a Yandex.Metrica visit match within 5 minutes before the deal was created.
AI discount-discipline control in sales calls
AI listens to every inbound call: if a sales rep volunteers a discount the client didn't ask for, the head of sales gets an alert with the quote, the discount size, and a link to the recording.
Real-time financial dashboard for an e-commerce store
The real cash picture in a single dashboard — bank movements, Bitrix24 orders and cash-desk takings before bank deposit are reconciled automatically. Gaps surface the same day, not next quarter.
AI waybill recognition in Telegram for a distributor
All incoming waybills from 40 suppliers now arrive via a Telegram bot. Photo → 30 seconds → ready-to-review draft in the warehouse system with 92% of line items auto-matched.
Bitrix24 customization for a network of medical clinics
A network of 4 private clinics — the patient funnel "booking → visit → payment → follow-up" inside self-hosted Bitrix24. Integration with the medical information system, SMS reminders, a unified network-wide dashboard.
Custom CRM for a property developer — unit chart, holds, contracts
A custom solution for a new-build sales team: online unit chart, automatic 3-day hold timer, equity participation contract builder in 5 minutes, mortgage integrations with 3 banks.
