Development team since 2010. Current focus — AI: chatbots, LLM agents, RAG systems and AI integrations. Core expertise — Bitrix24 customization and custom web development, integrations with amoCRM, 1C and any external APIs — has not gone anywhere: AI is built on top of it. What we do
- AI development. Chatbots and AI agents, LLM integrations into CRM/support/sales, RAG systems on top of corporate knowledge bases, AI assistants for business processes.
- Custom CRM/ERP development. Your own solution tailored to your processes when the packaged product pinches.
- Bitrix24 customization. Extensions, business processes, reports, custom modules.
- Integrations with amoCRM, 1C and external APIs. Data exchange, synchronization, process automation.
- Migrations. Moving data and logic between CRMs in either direction, including "leaving a packaged product".
- Modules for Market and Marketplace. Custom development of distributable modules: for Bitrix24 Market (CRM) and 1C-Bitrix Marketplace (CMS).
- Bitrix24 licenses. We set these up as a business partner — cloud and self-hosted.
Ecosystem
Beyond development the team runs two related projects:
- excloud.by — VPS hosting tuned for Bitrix. If we built it for you — we can also host it.
- b3x.by — technical support for Bitrix projects. So a shipped codebase doesn't get left without a caretaker.
How we work
