May 2026 release
A large AI-focused release was published on 14 May 2026. Highlights:
- Bitrix24 VibeCode. AI platform for building business apps inside Bitrix24 by describing the idea in natural language. Marketers, accountants, lawyers can ship a working tool in ~20 minutes — no coding. Integrates with CRM, tasks, chats, drive. Beta since April 2026.
- AI Projects. Unified space for tasks, chats, meetings — with an AI agent producing digests and flagging risks.
- BitrixGPT 5.5. Russian-language LLM with multimodal support and 4× better long-context handling.
- CRM AI. Speech analytics 2.0, AI agent in open lines, AI calls for appointment confirmations.
- Check-in 2.0, Open Sync, Knowledge Base 2.0, Bitrix24 Messenger. Field-team management, calls with external guests, markdown knowledge base, channel-style messenger.
