How the collaboration is structured
NDA and contract — up front
Before any detailed conversation. Use your NDA template or ours. The development contract runs in parallel.
1–2 week sprints
Fixed price per sprint. Demo at the end of each, acceptance certificate after. No "extras coming later" — scope agreed before start.
4-hour response
During business hours. Communication channel of your choice: Telegram, Slack or Mattermost. We join yours — we don't push our own.
Regular vs one-off
A one-off project — standard rate. For regular partners — reserved developer capacity and separate billing terms.

A defect that belongs to the delivered sprint and is found within 30 days of acceptance — we fix it free. No "is it a bug or a feature" debates.
Source code, documentation and team training are always part of the delivery. Knowledge isn't trapped with one person.
