Frequently asked questions

Do you customize 1C?
No. 1C customization is done by 1C franchisees — that's their specialization and certification. We are responsible for the integration of 1C with your CRM or custom system: data exchange, document sync, automation at the boundary.
Won't the customization break Bitrix24 updates?
No. For the cloud we use REST and local apps — they don't depend on core updates at all. For self-hosted we build our own modules and event handlers — the path Bitrix recommends, and it survives updates.
Can we do this ourselves using your instructions?
Simple scenarios — through standard settings or the Market — often yes. If the task is more complex (a custom business process, a non-standard integration, a custom report) — it's faster and more predictable to hand it to us than to figure it out. We'll tell you honestly at the brief.
How much does customization cost?
It depends on complexity. A typical customization — 1–3 fixed-price sprints. At the brief we decompose the task and quote the amount before work starts — no "extras coming later".
Do you work with amoCRM the same way as with Bitrix24?
Yes. amoCRM has a solid API; we build widgets, extensions, integrations and automations. At the brief we'll tell you which CRM solves your task with less customization — we're not tied to a particular vendor.
What if I need an integration the market doesn't offer yet?
That's our profile. If the system has an API — we'll build the integration. If there is no API — we discuss workarounds (exports, parsing with permission, RPA). We'll tell you realistically what will work.
