MIG Migrations

Data and logic migrations either direction

amoCRM ↔ Bitrix24, moving from custom-built to packaged or from packaged to custom. We move data, pipelines, business processes and conversation history. No losses, no sales downtime.

What we'll build for you

What's included

Source audit & migration plan

We look at what you have today: entities, fields, relations, volumes. We build a transfer map and a plan so the team isn't left without a CRM on moving day.

Data transfer

Contacts, companies, deals, tasks, documents, files, chat history. We preserve ID links, owners, creation dates — so the analytics don't break.

Business processes & pipelines transfer

Pipelines, stages, automation, document templates, access rights. We move the logic, not just rows in the database.

Migrations in both directions

amoCRM → Bitrix24, Bitrix24 → amoCRM, to and from custom systems, between Bitrix24 accounts, cloud to self-hosted. All done.

Parallel run & cutover

First — a test migration on a copy. The live move happens on a weekend or overnight, with a delta for the last hours. Monday the team walks into a ready system.

Rollback & after-launch support

The old system stays read-only so you have somewhere to look. A couple of weeks of post-migration support are included — we help the team settle in.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will conversation and call history survive the move?
Yes, if it exists in the source via API. Conversations, calls, files, deal comments — we transfer them attached to the corresponding contacts and deals, with original dates. Anything not available via API we discuss separately (often via data exports).
How long does a migration take?
A typical migration — 4–8 weeks: audit, field mapping, a test run on a copy, then the live cutover. With little data and simple structure — faster. With non-standard logic and relationships — we budget more time for testing.
Will the team be without a CRM on migration day?
No. The test run happens on a copy in advance — we verify everything came across. The live cutover happens on a weekend or overnight, with a delta for the final hours. On Monday the team comes back to a ready new system.
What if something doesn't work right on the new CRM?
The old system stays available for reading — you can always check there. Plus a couple of weeks of post-migration support are standard for us: we work through issues, tune settings, train the team.
Moving off a packaged product to our own — can you migrate the data?
Yes — that's a common scenario. If we're building the custom system, the migration sits inside the project as one of the sprints. If it's already built, we come in with a migration shaped to its structure.
What if we want the opposite — moving from custom back to a packaged product?
We do that too. We'll tell you realistically what parts of the custom system's logic will fit a standard Bitrix24 or amoCRM without customization, and what will have to be simplified or customized. Sometimes it's more honest to stay with what you have.
