Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope and process complexity. At the brief we decompose the task and quote a fixed price per sprint. The minimum entry is one sprint (a prototype or MVP of a single process); we then proceed as each step is confirmed.

How long does it take?

Prototype — 1–2 weeks. A full production version — typically 6–12 weeks. With AI on our side this is much faster than classical development, but we lock in exact timing after the brief.

What if processes change during the work?

That's normal — that's exactly what 1–2 week sprints are for. At every demo we show the result, and if the task has shifted, the next sprint adjusts. No long re-approvals and no penalties for changing the spec.

Who owns the code?

You. By contract you receive the source, accesses and the right to use the solution however you like. No lock-in to our stack or subscription.

Who supports the system afterwards?

Either us — via b3x.by, our technical-support service for Bitrix and custom projects. Or your team — we hand over documentation and run training. It doesn't affect the code.

Can we start with a prototype?

Yes, we recommend exactly that. In one sprint we build a clickable prototype of the key screens — that's where you can see whether we got the logic right. After that you decide whether to go into development.
